Best Guild Wars Leveling Methods
March 25th, 2010 by admin
There is a Guild Wars leveling method that I find interesting. Death leveling is the process of allowing a monster to level up by continually killing you at least several hundred times and once its level is high enough, you kill it for experience (XP).
This is also a method that can be used to raise the level of a pet. Dire pets are formed when the pet makes a lot of kills without receiving any damage. So you simply let the pet kill you repeatedly before charming it.
Some of the more popular locations for death leveling are:
- The moss spider (outside of the Barradin Estate)
- Strider (outside Ashford Abbey or The Barradin Estate
- Charr north of the wall (used by higher level players)

Moss Spider/Strider
You can take many different directions with your Guild Wars leveling. If Death leveling just isn’t for you, but like most players you want the most amount of experience in the least amount of time, you can seek the assistance of Guild Wars macros. These are programs that will take over a designated task in your absence, so it will gain XP points for you while you go about other things.
If you prefer to do the leveling yourself, another route you can take is using GW leveling guide. These act as your own personal tutor to lead you through the game and give you the most constructive methods of leveling. You’ll still get the full game experience while finding the quickest ways to advance your character.

Your Guild Wars Skills
March 18th, 2010 by admin
Have you been noticing some changes in your skill palettes after the February update? The developers of Guild Wars made some major Skill Balances updates where every class was targeted for realignment.
This is the largest skills update ever released by Guild Wars. It includes changes to Shadow Form, and numerous other sets of changes to fix a variety of balance issues. The updates took place in these areas:
- Shadow Form and Invulnerability
- Hammer Mastery in PvE
- Ritualist in Endgame PvE
- Tactics Rework
- Blood Magic Rework
- Other Balance Issues
As we all know, skills are an important part of GW gameplay and advancement. The skills can be acquired many different ways such learned by completing Guild Wars quests, purchased from skill trainers, or winning them in combat.
For any help on improving or building your skills you can turn to Guild Wars guides. Guides will help you rid some of the confusion and complications and give you the best methods in which to advance your GW skills. Another option in helping you build a more skillful character is through the use of Guild Wars bots. In this virtual world you can get a bot or macro to automatically do certain tasks for you.
If you’re anything like me, the game can get a bit overwhelming at times and even getting just a little bit of help can go a long, long way.

The new Guild Wars Bot
March 11th, 2010 by admin
A new GW bot is currently in the making to make my virtual life a lot easier. The release of this Guild Wars Easy Bot is highly anticipated by me and many other Guild Wars members I know. Here is some information about it:
First of all for those who are not too familiar with bots, a Guild Wars macro or bot is a program that automates the tasks it was designed or created for. All in your absence! They are used largely by players that prefer not to be bothered with tedious tasks and would much rather focus on the thrilling parts of the game.
This new GW Easy Bot is a traveler bot. It is specifically designed to automatically travel to the place of your choosing

This Guild Wars Bot is created to be very user friendly even for those with no botting experience, and will not need any separate injections or programs
A couple of the Bot’s current features are:
- 3 Inputs to add custom Waypoints for the X Coordinates and the Y Coordinates; and to add Sleep for events
- Ability to name new paths
- Memory so the bot remembers old paths
For more information about the bot and to take it on a test run when it’s released please visit: Guild Wars Bot

Guild Wars Builds-Know Your Avatar
November 6th, 2008 by admin
In the case of Guild Wars builds, it is clear that nothing will cause players to focus on their build more than a player versus player setting. With the Guild Wars builds that are available, it seems clear that players agonize over every detail and make every possible effort in order to create the best GW build in order to become more powerful than their competitors. When there is such a low level cap, the effort to succeed at player versus player combat requires an extraordinary focus on the build of each character. In this way, the focus on Guild Wars builds outshines the focus on leveling and grinding by a great deal.
Considering how many players are enamored of the Guild Wars PvP (player versus player) lifestyle that the game represents, it is easy to see that there is a tremendous amount of attention being paid to GW builds and the best build for player versus player combat. Naturally, if you want to be competitive, you should take the time to study as much as possible about the different types of Guild Wars builds and make the most of the information that you find. Before ever rolling your first character, you should learn everything that you can about the available builds and classes in order to ensure that you have a chance of succeeding at the Guild Wars PvP oriented combat.
By making the Guild Wars build your focus, you can hope to compete on a level playing field with the multitude of extraordinarily experienced players who have played and tested their Guild Wars build again and again, resulting in a near perfect character build that is almost unbeatable.

What are Good Guild Wars Maps Worth?
October 19th, 2008 by admin
If you have been playing Guild Wars for quite some time, but you still have a lot of trouble finding your way around in Ascalon, then one of many great Guild Wars maps will probably do you an awful lot of good. One of the main problems with Guild Wars is that, simply put, the game is very difficult to learn as a new player. If you are just starting out and you want to really enjoy it, then you should know where you are going, right? In this blog, I will discuss GW maps and their importance.
So what are great Guild Wars maps going to mean for your game? You will get a whole lot from some of these maps. You will not only see the basic layout of the levels, but you will see much more than that. One of the most important things about Guild Wars that most players fail to pick up is that the terrain plays a really important role in the game. If you happen to have good GW maps, then you can navigate this terrain and make the best moves.
In addition to that, great Guild Wars maps will also give a handle on where all the players around you are located. This includes both allies and your enemies. With this knowledge, you will be able to make moves much more quickly than you otherwise would have been able to make. Imagine knowing exactly where everything is and being able to go from there. This is what GW maps can do for you.

Top Reasons to Use Guild Wars Cheats
October 3rd, 2008 by admin
If you spend some time studying the game online, you will see that there are many people who support using the GW cheats and there are many people who are staunchly against it. For better or worse, the debate is out there and if you ignore it, you are simply being very ignorant. What are some of the reasons why you might want to use cheats in Guild Wars? In this article, I will discuss those, as well as some reasons why using cheats might be a bad idea.
Let us start first with the reasons why you might want to avoid using Guild Wars exploits and cheats. First and foremost, you need to recognize that you might get caught using them. Guild Wars is a little bit different type of game in that your account information is stored on the game’s server. That means that they can track such things. It is not likely that you are going to get caught, but it is a distinct possibility.
The reasons why you should use Guild Wars cheats are many. There is a huge reward that goes along with that risk. There are GW cheats out there that can really make you almost unbeatable. If you can manage to use these wisely and not get caught with them, it can make you the best player on the map. Depending upon what Guild Wars exploits and cheats you choose to use, there is a chance that it can even make the game so easy that you might not want to play it anymore.

Reasons to Move Over to GW Factions
September 27th, 2008 by admin
If you have already conquered most of the original Guild Wars game, then you have another option in the stand alone chapter, Guild Wars Factions. When players get finished with one game, they usually like to move on over to another game, but with this one, you just get to keep working on what you had been working on before. With this new game known as GW Factions, you will be able to continue the hard work that you have already been doing. Here are reasons why you should be playing Guild Wars Factions.
You are already familiar with the game -
This is the first and most important reason. You are just more familiar with the game than you would be with a new game. GW Factions is just an extension onto the original Guild Wars game, so you will know a lot about the logistics of the game, as well as all of the characters. The difference is that you will have to learn new Guild Wars strategies and a new plot, making it as fun as the first time.
Cantha -
In this extension to the original game, you will be playing in the land of Cantha, a really nice new level. This is reason enough why you should choose to play GW Factions, instead of heading over to another game.
Lots of cheats and secrets -
This new extension has lots and lots of GW secrets and cheats that you can use. This means that you can go ahead and get a leg up on the competition before you ever get started. It’s a great incentive to play.

How Guild Wars Cheats Can Benefit you
September 27th, 2008 by admin
They are obviously called GW cheats for a reason and if you are really trying to get good at the Guild Wars video game, then you absolutely have to learn how to use them. For the most part, Guild Wars cheats are pretty easy to learn and they are even easier to implement. The only problem with GW cheats is that you will run into some people who won’t like the fact that you are using them. They will say that you are cheapening or taking away from the experience of the game. Here are some reasons why you shouldn’t listen to their criticism for even one second.
They are incredible effective -
More so than almost any other game on the internet, Guild Wars is susceptible to cheats. This means that you can get a greater advantage from using cheats on this game than almost any other game out there on the market. This is a huge incentive to use Guild Wars exploits and cheats because you really will be on top of the game with little doubt about that. They are really easy to use, as well, so why wouldn’t you take the chance.
Everyone is doing it -
That is usually not a very good justification for doing anything, but in this case, it probably is. If every other player out there is using GW cheats and you aren’t, then you aren’t doing your job to keep up. This is something that you always must be conscious of. Guild Wars cheats are incredibly easy to use, so you need to use them just like your opponents do.

How to Go About Leveling Fast in GW
September 27th, 2008 by admin
When you start playing Guild Wars, you are probably going to want to start GW leveling as quickly as possible. It can be really excited the first time you advance through a level and every time you reach another one, you will have a strong desire to keep it going. After all, who doesn’t want to jump up and get to the top of the game. Guild Wars leveling isn’t the easiest thing in the world, though. In fact, it can be very difficult.
A lot of players make the mistake of thinking that they have to do all the GW leveling by themselves. After all, it is a video game so they should have to do all of the work, right? That is not necessarily correct, though. If you are smart, you can get a lot of the work done without having to ever grind through it. This is because there are tons and tons of Guild Wars tips and tricks available. There are also GW bots that will go through the levels for you and there are cheats that will show you how to make it to new levels very quickly.
The one thing that you have to remember is that Guild Wars leveling is not a process to be done alone, ever. If you are smart, you can get it done with the help of what people have already done online. Those resources are there for a reason, so you would be very unwise not to take advantage of them to the fullest of your ability.
